  • Proven working experience as HR Officer or other HR Roles
  • At least 2 years experience in HR department
  • Strong organizational skill with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong communication skills and networking skills
  • Good analytical skills with experience with Microsoft package
  • Experience of working in a global environment desirable
  • English proficiency, writing and spoken, C1
  • Revisal experience is a plus
  • Experience using HR platforms is a plus

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We have opened a brand new office in Iasi and looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated and capable individual to join the team. Working Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm on a hybrid basis.
You will act as the first point of contact for all HR related queries along with the below duties and responsibilities.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Maintain contact with the national agency and immigration office
  • Supporting the overall orientation process for new employees
  • Preparation and management of employment documents (hire - termination)
  • Ensure all employee records are up-to-date and securely stored.
  • Collect, analyse, and interpret HR metrics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities. Use insights to recommend and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on HR performance, including turnover rates, recruitment efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with the latest laws and ensure business alignment
  • Develop, maintain and ensure alignment for companys HR policies.
  • Oversee and Manage a Performance Appraisal System that drives high performance (includes regular performance management and people & career development).
  • Design and implement employee retention strategies
  • Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with legal regulations
  • Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Develop and oversee Environmental and Social Strategies
