Description:
- Provide support in the recruitment and onboarding process, including coordinating interviews and managing new hire documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR information systems
- Checking attendance staff and up-to-date leave records
- Perform monthy payroll processing including the overtime calculation, alowance claims, and benefits-related tasks
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters
- Assist to apply for HRDC grant for external training.
- To perform any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
