Description:
Job Title: HR Officer
Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire
Working arrangement: Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.
- Provide support and advice to employees and management on HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- CIPD qualification desirable but not essential
