Description:

Job Title: HR Officer
Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire
Working arrangement: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.
  • Provide support and advice to employees and management on HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • CIPD qualification desirable but not essential
