WHAT SKILLS AND WORKING CHARACTERISTICS SHOULD THIS PERSON HAVE?

  • CIPD qualification or equivalent (preferred)
  • Proven experience within a HR role
  • Exceptional knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a challenging environment.
  • Knowledge and appreciation of HR systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Effective communication across cross-functional teams and diverse client/stakeholder up to c-level.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent with people.
  • Smart and presentable.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workload.
  • Excellent attention to detail, quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ambition to develop in relevant training if required.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and ensuring all employee records are correct in HR Cloud
  • Managing all HR administrative changes related to role changes.
  • Preparing and updating HR documents
  • Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  • Responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring all data is correct in HR Cloud and Office Vibe, staying on top of role changes and amendments in the organisation.
  • Managing employee benefits programs.
  • Support with exit interviews if required.
  • Managing formal meetings: organising, taking notes, (disciplinaries, risk assessments, policy reviews)
  • Assisting with compliance training: organise, prepare training materials, document attendance, R&U policies.
  • Assisting with issuing standard letters (probation, pay rises, amendments to SMT)
