THIS IS WHAT ENERGISES YOU
As our new HR officer, you’ll be part of our HR team that plays a key role in our organization. Your main focus will be supporting the DACH region as well as other international teams. Your tasks will range from recruitment and personnel administration to handling payroll changes and offboarding processes. You’ll also be the first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. Lastly, you stay informed about local labor laws to ensure our HR activities comply with regulations and align with our company values.
Overall, you bring value to our team by carrying out the following activities:
- Handle the operational scope of recruitment, including writing job descriptions, promoting vacancies, sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates and guiding them through the entire recruitment process - from screening to job offers;
- Managing the operational side of HR, such as preparing HR documents, maintaining employee records, processing HR administration and handling payroll mutations;
- Contribute to HR and Recruitment projects, such as employer branding and campus recruitment.
