As the HR officer, you’ll be the driving force behind our company’s People strategy and operations. You’ll own every aspect of human resources, from recruitment to employee relations, while also ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently.
AS OUR HR OFFICER YOU WILL:
- Lead the recruitment process, from job postings and candidate screenings to interviews and onboarding.
- Guide performance reviews, supporting managers and employees to achieve their best.
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to boost employee skills and growth.
- Manage employee benefits, seeking opportunities to optimize and improve them.
- Oversee employee contracts and HR administration, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Handle payroll processes and compliance with legal requirements.
- Keep the daily office operations running smoothly by managing supplies, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring a comfortable and productive work environment for everyone.
- Organize company events and team-building activities to enhance workforce engagement.
