Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including interview scheduling and conducting background checks.
- Developing and implementing different sourcing strategies to meet company recruitment needs.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruitment best practices.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Qualifications in any field or equivalent.
- At least 1 years of working experience specializing in recruitment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
