Description:

For our Global HR team, we are looking for an HR Officer for the Belgium Sweden France and UK regions.
In this role you will support the HR Business Partner of these regions and the CHRO of Spacewell in executing the HR processes.

As a member of the HR team you will be responsible for:

  • Organizing and planning recruitment processes in collaboration with the HR BP and hiring manager.
  • Organizing a great onboarding for starters
  • Assisting with the various HR processes such as Performance, Bonuses and warrants, Employee engagement, Learning and Development.
  • Participating in the project team for a move to a new HRIS system. You will master both the current system and the upcoming system and enjoy testing the environment.
  • Monitoring and executing the various payrolls in the region in close collaboration with the HR BP and the Social Secretary.
  • Reporting and filing accurately so that we can excel in the event of an audit.

This is you:

  • You have solid experience in organizing and can demonstrate that you finish business.
  • You have a good knowledge of Belgian labor laws
  • You are always at the forefront of learning and improving new things
  • You have an eye for detail and are very punctual.
  • You act ethically, make decisions with integrity and respect for the organization and employees
  • You like to roll up your sleeves
  • You have at least a Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration or a related field.
  • You can communicate excellently in both Dutch and English, a basic French is also a requirement.

Your team:
The HR team consists of a CHRO, three enthusiastic HRBPs in Spain, the Netherlands and Belgium and three supporting HR colleagues. In this enthusiastic team there is room for you to take ownership of the operational tasks in the HR processes and grow in expertise in various HR-related areas
