YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree
2-5 years of HR experience
Current knowledge of Belgian social legislation.
Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel), eBlox Payroll, and eBlox HR.
The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Great communication skills and a friendly, results-oriented, flexible, and conscientious attitude toward helping people, ensuring their satisfaction with HR services.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting employees in onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
  • Being the first point of contact for inquiries and requests from employees regarding HR-related matters.
  • Ensuring compliance with social legislation and company policies.
  • Collaborating with HR team members on various projects and initiatives.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and files.
  • Following up on data regarding our car fleet and their drivers.
  • Maintaining time and attendance management
