Responsibilities:

We are seeking an organised and energetic HR Officer to join our Human Resources team at our Biloela processing site in North Queensland. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will coordinate a diverse portfolio of activities focused on wellbeing and workforce mobilisation.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the onboarding of new employees, ensuring they have access to both on-plant and external support services, and managing Teys accommodations. This includes conducting inspections, addressing maintenance needs, and maintaining asset registers. This role is vital in fostering employee engagement and supporting an inclusive culture.
Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the HR Manager to assist with various team activities, such as engagement, training, reporting, return-to-work processes, performance management, and recruitment.
