We are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects in 7 different European countries, equating to over 430 MW of IT load in flight.
We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking a Human Resource Officer to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • CIPD approved qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a busy HR Function
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Applicants must hold either a valid EU student work permit or EU passport prior to application

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the level of confidentiality and integrity expected when working with sensitive personal data.
  • HR Monitoring and Management Mailbox/Ticketing
  • Delivery of a high-quality efficient HR service to all employee
  • provide a high level of employee support. Answer queries via phone or email/ticketing in a professional, efficient, timely (SLA), and courteous manner. Action or escalate accordingly to the relevant stakeholder.
  • Pre-Onboarding - Create Employee Profile in HRIS, Employee File, Check/Action Documents
  • Assist with Work Permit applications and interview and relocation arrangements for candidates.
  • Off-Boarding - Action letters of resignation, return of company equipment, exit interviews.
  • Generate and distribute accurate and high-quality employee contracts and documentation in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Manage the return of employees’ contracts and documentation, ensuring closure.
  • Handling HR issues, providing practical and sound advice, and escalating to colleagues where necessary.
  • To maintain the HR system in a timely and accurate fashion, within remit. Provide advice and guidance to users of the system within HR control.
  • Meet deadlines to ensure payrolls and other critical people processes are met on request.
  • Process leave requests - including annual leave, maternity leave, etc.
  • Administrative support and participation in HR and/or site projects.
  • Manage general HR/ER queries and provide guidance, support, documentation and information to managers and employees
  • Support the Site management team in all aspects of the Performance Management process.
  • To monitor and manage absence (long & short term) records and liaise with supervisors/ HR Managers as appropriate.
  • Support the IHT Health & Wellbeing strategy, including the Employee Assistance Programme and the rollout of any new initiatives.
  • Graduate Programme Support: Fairs, On-Boarding, etc.
  • Participating in and delivery of continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional support (payroll and recruitment)
  • Develop and grow in your role, seek opportunities to stretch your abilities, and to engage in projects to broaden your HR professionalism.
