Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
As an HR Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering a best in class, simplified, personalized, and digitized new hire experience through superior service and operational excellence. You will be required to adhere to established processes and guidelines in support of all potential new hires.
As part of your daily duties, you will interact with employees at various levels on a range of topics and/or issues (complex, sensitive, routine, etc.) requiring attention to detail, empathy, ability to troubleshoot, taking ownership and accuracy of work while maintaining a high-quality standard and ensuring data integrity. You will be accountable for providing a seamless, end to end positive experience with every interaction
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS
- 1+ year of Customer Service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and HR Systems
