- Support our customers and partners from different locations with exceptional service.
- Easily build and maintain relationships and partnerships with peers, teams, and customers to optimize processes and resolve issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in business relationships.
- Easily spot, research, or track errors and issues in data.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Organize and maintain personnel records and I-9 employment verifications during employee life cycle to remain compliant and audit-ready at all times.
- Update internal databases using HR systems like PeopleSoft, Taleo, and KRONOS.
- Analyze and audit our processes and data to remain compliant with government regulations and business objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve employee issues related to personnel information and system of record discrepancies.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education - High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience & Qualifications:
- At least two years’ experience in a position requiring strong data entry and problem-solving skills in a customer focused environment.
- Experience working within HRIS, Employment Tracking and Time Keeping Systems with PeopleSoft, KRONOS and Taleo preferred.
- Proficient user of MS Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and efficiently complete assignments, tasks, and other projects.
- Must demonstrate exceptionally sound judgment at all times.
- Demonstrated ability to work on a team while completing tasks/work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
