Responsibilities:

  • Serve as first point of contact for employees in different countries via ticket system
  • Own several OneHR processes for the respective country (Onboarding, Exit, Contract Modification, compensation and benefit administration etc.)
  • Provide support for local HR Business Partners
  • Ensure data integrity in HR systems
  • Create KPIs, metrics, and other ad hoc reports for HR and the business
  • Actively participate in global and local HR projects as required

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in the field of HR operations or HR administration, specializing in one HR operation field (onboarding, offboarding, compensation and benefit, contract modification) gained in a multinational environment
  • Fluent English (other languages are advantage: Italian, Sweden, German)
  • MS Office Knowledge with focal point in basic Excel skills
  • Precision, top administration skills
  • Excellent communication and organizing skills
  • Strong customer-focused attitude
  • Positive and friendly attitude, excellent problem-solving skill
  • Bachelor degree
  • Experience with Success Factors or any other Human Capitalist Management System (Workday, Taleo) is an advantage
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other Ticketing Systems is an advantage
  • VLOOKUP and Excel formulas knowledge is an advantage
