As an HR Associate at Nova Scotia Power, you will perform all functions related to the administration, communication, and education of Human Resource department. Reporting directly to the HR Directors.
Key elements of this role include::

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling confidential information.
  • Supporting HR team members with programs/initiatives and facilitating communication within HR and across departments.
  • Dealing directly with employees, HR team members, and leaders regarding HR issues, facilitating changes to employee information in our HRIS system and ensuring that employee files are maintained appropriately.

This position will be attractive to candidates interested in furthering their understanding of Human Resources and their part in the employee experience.   • This position requires relevant experience or post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant complementary area.
