Bang & Olufsen are searching for an Operations Coordinator in our People & Culture team, this role will be overseeing
Key responsibilities
Oversee onboarding as the ‘Super User’ of the B&O onboarding process
Driving and ensuring a seamless process from preparing documents to onboarding candidates within B&O.
Supporting the team in preparing employment contracts & other documents.
Working closely with our Senior HR Legal Specialist and the Senior Global Mobility & Compliance Specialist to ensure compliance to employment laws, collective bargaining agreements, tax & social security rules.
Working proactively with the Global People & Culture Business Partners and the Talent Acquisition Team to secure efficient support to the business.
Working closely with the B&O payroll team to coordinate readiness to payroll.
Driving the digitalization and data agenda within People & Culture, including but not limited to
Contributing to continuous improvements in the interface between onboarding & payroll incl. stakeholder systems
Off-boarding processes
Employee surveys & pulses
Document handling processes
Driving projects with the aim of securing continuous improvements of use cases in SuccessFactors in close collaboration with the People Analytics & HRIS specialist
