KNOWLEDGE AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Seasoned understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices across various functions, including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Seasoned understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and guide decision-making.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the field of Human Resources or related.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Seasoned experience in all aspects of HR operations, including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Seasoned experience using HRIS software for complex data management, reporting, and analytics.
  • Seasoned experience in identifying inefficiencies, streamlining processes, and enhancing HR workflows
  • Seasoned demonstrated experience introducing innovative solutions and best practices to improve HR operations.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Their primary function is to assist with day-to-day operational queries, system support, filing and general administrative functions. These activities will include, but is not limited to:
  • Variable Bonus - Provide support on deployment of APAC region deployment VB plans, implementation and testing of system logic for the e-portal. Provide troubleshooting and assistance to enquires relating to the variable bonus matters.
  • System support - For system support, they update and maintain the related HR database and systems, ensuring complete data accuracy. They assist in keeping information on all relevant HR systems up to date. This individual maintains a good understanding of the relevant HR systems and portals.
  • General administration - The Associate Generalist: HR Operations assist with day-to-day filing, maintains employee records and ensures its accuracy. They are responsible for all administrative duties required by the HR Operations team.
  • Insurance matter - Provide support on employee insurance matters. Will be responsible for updating of employee listing, claims and other related matters.
  • Staff welfare - Assist with liaison with vendor on organizing company well-being programs.
  • Singapore Payroll knowledge is preferred
  • Performs any other related task as required.
