The Position
We are offering a great HR & Internal Communication Internship opportunity to support the Gulf and Channel Partner Network business of Roche Diagnostics Middle East organization.
As Intern, you will have to work with different associates and leaders to support our efforts on internal communication strategy and streamline HR activities across the organization. It is great learning opportunity that will help you acquire hands-on experience in the HR domain, and know how to work in a team. setting in Healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with different stakeholders to run the HR operations and internal communication smoothly
- Help associates and leaders in screening and recruiting of new employees
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
- Assist in new employee orientation and paperwork, maintaining of employee records, and assist in handling employee inquiries and requests
- Assist in drafting internal communications, and Manage 3rd party partners communication
- Maintain and update HR databases and records, support with monthly payroll
- Assist in coordinating internal events within the network
- Support the network lead with his/her agenda
- Contribute to training program coordination, and support on creating data base of training records
- Maintain and update HR databases and records, support with monthly payroll,
- Support on any other HR operations topics
- Contribute to the resolution of basic employee issues
