Responsibilities:
Experience and skill set required for the role
- HR qualified
- Experience of handling data for 1,000+ employees during periods of growth or consolidation
- Solutions-orientated critical thinking assessment and planning
- Business nous – comfortable understanding different organisational dynamics at play, in order to determine the most appropriate HR solution
- Operational team management and development
- Contractual change management for both sole individuals and wider restructures
- Fundamental belief in managing the protection and integrity of employee and payroll data
- Enjoys corralling complex data sets, documentation and processes into very clear value-added simple solutions that work well for the business
- Mergers or Acquisition experience
- Works on own initiative and to tight deadlines, whilst collaborating with others to formulate and seamlessly implement the best approach
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and apply unfamiliar areas of HR practice, such as US or Republic of Ireland employment law knowledge, how to write sales commission agreements, how to manage Corporate HR (sweet equity allocations management)
- Experience of maintaining and implementing changes required from a regulatory or legislative perspectiv
