Role: HR Operations Manager
Salary: £60,000 per annum
Location: Kings Hill /Hybrid Working
Commercial Services Group (CSG) is thrilled to announce an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated and dynamic HR Operations Manager to join our central People, Culture, and Communications (PCC) team. This key leadership role is ideal for an experienced HR professional with a passion for employee relations, HR policy, HR Systems and process excellence.
As the HR Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in leading our People Partner function, ensuring the smooth operation of all aspects related to employee relations, HR compliance, policies, and processes. Reporting to the Associate Director of People, you will work closely with senior leadership to drive Group alignment on people-focused activities, championing initiatives that elevate the employee experience across CSG.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Level 7 CIPD is essential.
- Proven track record of extensive leadership within a Senior HR role, ideally in a multi brand organisation.
- Excellent and up to date employment law knowledge, strong attention to detail, particularly in conducting due diligence and identifying potential risks.
- Skilled in coaching and developing teams to maximise individual and collective potential.
- Working knowledge and experience of HR Information Systems and reporting tools.
- Stakeholder management, ability to build relationships across a complex organisation and teams.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure HR Policy Compliance: Promote fair and consistent treatment of employees by maintaining and developing policies aligned with best practices and legal updates. Act as the expert and escalation point for employee relations issues.
- Analyse Cases to Drive Improvement: Dive deep into employee relations cases to uncover underlying causes and recommend improvements based on data insights.
- Optimise HR Processes: Develop and regularly refine HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience, focusing on data-driven, streamlined solutions.
- Coach and Lead People Partners: Guide People Partners’ development with effective management and oversee all employee relations cases.
- Collaborate with key suppliers: Serve as a key contact with suppliers who support our people team with payroll and HR services.
- Lead Strategic Operational HR Projects: Provide structure and oversight for HR change initiatives, including acquisitions, restructures, and Group-wide projects.
- Leverage Data for Decision-Making: Use data insights for informed decision-making and role modelling this to the wider PCC team.
- Champion Group Strategy: Strengthen our unified Group approach by promoting a consistent and fair employee experience across all 28 of our businesses.
