Description:

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Specialist, Global Partner Services will act a high touch HR Operations liaison on Bain’s Partner Services HR team. This role will provide a wide range of dedicated HR support focused on Partner activities across the globe, including the Partner Mobility Program, maintaining Partner SharePoint sites, and data requests. In addition, they will provide support with a wide range of needs related to talent within the partner population, while collaborating and coordinating with other members of the Global Partner Services and HR teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

? Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
? Minimum of 3 years of office experience, preferably with Executives in a professional services environment
? High level of discretion – ability to deal with highly confidential information appropriately
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Ability to work both independently and as an integral member of various teams
? Strong customer service focus
? Meticulous attention to details
? Strong orientation toward collaboration and teaming
? Self-starter with strong organization skills/detail orientation - ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
? Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

Provide ongoing support to the Partner Services Team

  • Proactively manage Partner documentation and online records, ensuring all information is updated in a timely manner
  • Keep all Partner document templates up to date so they are on-brand and accurate with regards to compensation, benefits, and key policies. Recommend changes/updates to templates based on larger policy landscape
  • Drafting partner agreements, including offer letters, employment verifications, and sabbatical/leave agreements
  • Effectively working with the Global Partner Analysis team as needed on the partner-year process
  • Assist with activities and logistics associated with Partner movement (hiring, promotions, onboarding, departures)
  • Liaise with internal teams on all partner movement to ensure seamless execution on all processes
  • Manage coordination with outside vendors (e.g. destination services provider)
  • Own and maintain Partner Handbook SharePoint site
  • Manage Advisory Partner Commitment Survey process
  • Assist with Partner promotion communication process

Other special projects and duties as position or circumstances dictate
