Are you eager to bring your experience and knowledge as HR Operations Specialist?
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR activities, including employee data management, contract administration, and compliance with local labor laws.
Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making and track key performance indicators.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data, conducting regular audits and updates.
Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with the HR team on initiatives such as performance management, employee engagement, and policy development.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing expert advice and ensuring seamless communication.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
At least 5 years in an HR Generalist or Operations role, ideally within a banking or financial services environment.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and experience with HRIS systems.
Strong ability to analyze data, generate insights, and present findings clearly.
Solid understanding of HR operations, local labor laws, and best practices in Luxembourg.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French or other languages is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
