QUALIFICATIONS
- Language Skills: English/Korean bilingual preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables). Experience with ADP systems is a plus.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in HR, particularly with HRIS and data management. Familiarity with employment laws and performance management is advantageous.
The base salary range for this role is between $50,000-$70,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.

Responsibilities:
- HRIS Management: Manage the daily functionality of the HRIS. Spearhead system implementations and upgrades, ensuring they meet organizational needs while maintaining compliance with relevant laws.
- Collaborative Support: Work closely with department heads to facilitate their HR responsibilities, promoting a positive and efficient workplace.
- Data Management: Handle sensitive data related to talent, payroll, and benefits, ensuring secure storage and accurate analysis to support HR operations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of U.S. labor laws and ensure all HR practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Assist in leading a small team of HR professionals, helping to align their efforts with strategic business goals.
- Interdepartmental Liaison: Serve as a key point of contact for HR, providing insight and support to both local and regional management on various HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
