REQUIREMENTS:

Mandatory:

  • Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in administration work (preferably HR)
  • Fluent written and spoken English & German (min. C1 level)
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

Good to have:

  • Experience of working in an international environment.
  • Understanding of German Labour Law
  • Educational background in HR or Business Administration
  • High interest in administrative and data processing tasks
  • Results-oriented mindset with high attention to detail
  • Good time-planning and organizational skills
  • Good intercultural communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with HRBPs for insuring a seamless HR experience.
  • Forming, organizing and maintaining employee records both physically and digitally.
  • Updating internal databases and time-tracking tools (e.g. sick leave records).
  • Preparing reports and presentations on HR metrics.
  • Preparing all necessary certificates and employment related documents (e.g. employment confirmation letters, vacation certificates, reference letters, etc.)
  • Creating and proofreading various letter templates.
  • Administrating incoming post.
  • Providing organizational support in HR projects.
  • Other operational tasks that might arise.
