Job Description: As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing HR support and advice to employees and managers in the NAMLAM region. You will be part of our international HR Operations team, that manages HR processes such as onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR data management.
Your responsibilities and tasks:
- Execute a high standard of service, processes, and policies across regional HR operations to create an outstanding employee experience, simplicity, and customer satisfaction
- Ensuring day-to-day HR operations for the assigned countries by processing requests and services via ServiceNow
- Provide advice to managers and employees on various HR topics, inquiries, policies, procedures, and information requests
- Single point of contact for the assigned country
- Initiate transactional processes on behalf of managers if needed
- Assist with performance management, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluations
- Enable our employees, managers, and stakeholders regarding HR processes and systems (such as Workday)
- Contribute to HR projects as needed with various deliverables such as: testing, translating, documenting, enabling
- Maintaining HR data in Workday, administration and organization of HR data and ensuring data quality and accuracy
- Creation of employment documents such as: contracts, certificates, addendums, salary increase etc.
- Supporting managers and other stakeholders in their HR administrative tasks
- Performing routine tasks as part of HR processes delivery catalogue
Your profile and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a shared service center environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one secondary language such as: Spanish, Portuguese, and/or French.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Experience with (HR) systems, preferably Workday and ServiceNow
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
