QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years of HR Operations experience;
• Proven project management skills, ideally within HR and with experience in benefits and mobility management;
• Fluency in both Dutch and English;
• Strong communication skills with a hands-on, proactive approach;
• Preferred: Knowledge of the Belgium market and experience with lease car management.

• Own the management and optimization of benefits programs, including mobility solutions such as lease cars & bikes and support on all global mobility cases for the Benelux market.
• Act as the HR Operations representative on global projects involving HR systems, with a particular focus on employee benefits.
• Serve as the expert on your areas within HR Operations, actively supporting the HR Business Support team in optimizing processes and workflows.
• Manage communication and stakeholder expectations effectively, ensuring smooth implementation of new and improved processes.
• Continuously seek out optimization opportunities to support a unified and efficient way of working.
