  • HR Operations: Support our team by handling employee queries, drafting essential letters, and keeping our HR systems up-to-date.
  • HR Advisory: Work closely with employees and managers to resolve issues and enhance workplace practices.
  • Learning & Development (L&D): Manage training schedules, maintain records, and track L&D activities to ensure everyone at IRIS gets the support they need.
  • Executive Support & Talent Development: Support our Chief People Officer and talent programmes, gaining hands-on experience in executive support, project management, and talent development in a dynamic environment.

  • Have an apprenticeship, degree, or relevant work experience.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Previous office or administrative experience is a bonus but not essential.
