About the job

As our new colleague in our Scandinavian HR Shared Services, you will be delivering on various HR tasks. We are a digital team, and the team is on a change journey aligning our Scandinavian team. Your prime tasks will be:

  • Respond to and resolve incoming service requests from managers, employees, and HR colleagues in Scandinavia.
  • Maintain the HR information on the self-service portal and the internal HR knowledge database.
  • Cooperate with HR Business Partner on specific service requests when relevant
  • Play a role in improving the local Customer Support services and HR information.
  • Play a role in continuously improving/updating the internal HR knowledge base.
  • Promote a working culture where processes are followed to secure service delivery quality.
  • Participation in HR and/or line of business projects, such as onboarding e.g.

At Alfa Laval, we embrace a hybrid work model, providing you the flexibility to work from home when it aligns with your tasks. This position is based at our Søborg office, with an expected travel commitment of approximately 10 - 20 days per year to Lund or different sites in Denmark.
What you know
You have as a minimum a relevant bachelor-level degree or similar and experience from an HR role in a similar global matrix organization. You have good IT skills and will contribute to internal effective processes. Experience with systems like Workday and ServiceNow (SNOW) or a different ticket system is a plus. A prerequisite for this position is spoken and written English; understanding all Scandinavian languages is a big plus.
