We are looking for a part time HR/Payroll administrator to join the Dunedin region to deliver all facets of HR, payroll and recruitment throughout the region. This is a great opportunity for someone with prior experience to join a dynamic team and expand their current knowledge. This position is Monday - Friday, 20 hours per week. Start and finish times negotiable

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Recruitment; provide administration support for the HR function across recruitment, performance management, and employment exits.
  • Payroll; ensure payroll information and processing activities are completed within Corporate deadlines and be the “go to” for wage related queries.
  • Owning and administrating information and data in our payroll system.
  • Strong organisational skills: ability to prioritise and manage work with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a professional, timely and efficient manner.
  • An understanding of the need for complete confidentiality at all times.
  • You will also contribute in any other duties or projects that are reasonably requested.
