An exciting opportunity has become available for a HR & Payroll Officer join our business. Working closely with the HR Team, you will be responsible for providing quality Payroll & HR services to management and personnel within Mitsubishi Power EUK.

Responsibilities:

  • HR Administration tasks including but not limited to processing new starters and leavers on the HRIS System, administration of company benefits, conducting probation reviews and exit interviews
  • Conducting the timely processing of monthly Payrolls with the support of the HR Manager, across 12 different countries
  • Interpret current/new Tax and Employment Law legislation impacting Payroll and HR
  • Handling initial queries related to the HRIS system
  • Supporting the annual Pay Review and Bonus process, including the issuing of letters, preparation and approval of new job descriptions, logging the job title changes on HRIS and on the portal
  • Working closely with the Finance team to process Company Loans, Season Ticket Loans and Study Loans
  • Assist with updating Headcount data on a monthly basis, including turnover data, and the amendments of Organisation Charts
  • Support in Recruitment activities, including screening CVs, conducting interviews where appropriate and processing job offers
  • Develop collaborative relationships with managers to support the HR agenda, activity and provide HR partnerships across all levels of the organisation
  • Be a positive champion for the Company’s culture and values, with a passion for Diversity and Inclusion topics
  • Support core HR activities into the business ensuring robustness and consistency along with legal and company compliance; such as pay and reward reviews, talent and succession plans, performance reviews, employee engagement and DE&I surveys
  • Working in conjunction with the wider HR team to support, develop and implement appropriate initiatives and projects
