Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
As an HR Officer you’ll play a vital role in supporting our HR operations to ensure a positive and efficient work environment. You’ll be the go-to person for employees’ HR administration-related questions, assist with recruitment, and ensure our policies and procedures are adhered to across the company. Reporting to the HR Manager, this position is key to creating an outstanding employee experience and supporting Mobile Vikings’ growth.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ARE
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Ensure timely payroll processing and help employees navigate benefits enrollment and queries.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility as needed.
- Policy Implementation: Support the development and enforcement of HR policies, ensuring compliance and understanding across all teams.
- Fleet Management: Oversee the company’s vehicle fleet, coordinating maintenance, registrations, and assignments to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
- Onboarding Coordination: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns, resolving practical HR issues (including questions concerning payroll administration and socio-legal questions), and fostering a positive work environment.
