Job Description
The Payroll Specialist Level II is an important contributor to the payroll team, focusing on the accurate execution of payroll processing for our Costa Rican operations. We are looking for a candidate with understanding of payroll fundamentals and a commitment to maintaining compliance with local regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing within the Costa Rican market.
  • Familiarity with payroll software systems, with a preference for those experienced with Oracle.
  • Organized.
  • Relevant educational background, such as an associate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform accurate payroll transactions, ensuring compliance with Costa Rican tax laws and company policies.
  • Help resolve employee payroll queries, delivering reliable and customer service.
  • Help implement payroll-related changes and in the documentation of processes.
  • Maintain knowledge of local payroll regulations to ensure all practices meet legal standards.
  • Collaborate with the Payroll Supervisor and higher-level specialists to facilitate a smooth payroll experience for all employees.
