JOB DESCRIPTION:

L3Harris is seeking a HR People Analytics Developer to join our HR team. This position delivers enterprise dashboards and strategic insights to measure the efficacy of programs and projects, driving decision making in support of HR business goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s with 4 years prior experience, 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree and 8 years prior experience or Graduate Degree with 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
  • 2 years experience in developing Power BI dashboards

PREFERRED ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and query languages (DAX preferred, M Language, SQL and PeopleSoft Query)
  • Understand data infrastructure concepts such as ETL, architecture, and data modeling.
  • Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with employees across all levels and functions within the organization.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado and New York State is $58,500 - $108,500. For California and New York City, the salary range for this role is $67,500 - $125,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain custom Power BI reports.
  • Partner with internal HR customers and leadership to identify opportunities and gather requirements for standardized reports.
  • Work with cross-functional and cross-enterprise teams to plan, develop, and utilize Power BI to build interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports.
  • Understand and support PeopleSoft query; run scheduled and on-demand reports.
  • Efficient management and prioritization of proactive and reactive requests for ad hoc reporting and queries.
  • Create documentation, training materials, and conduct training sessions for various groups on HR Data & Analytics tools and processes
