KEY SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
- Exposure to and knowledge of a diverse range of HR specialities including learning & development, remuneration, industrial relations, recruitment, succession planning, resource planning and change management
- Experience in Workday is advantageous
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in managing organisational change
- Demonstrated experience implementing new systems and developing policies to support the transition.

Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analysing, prioritising and responding proactively to business unit needs related to People and providing feedback to management on recommendations for improvement
- Delivering operational support and guidance to business leaders, supervisors & employees on employee relations/counselling, performance management, job design, remuneration and benefits, organisational change management, recruitment, job evaluations, awards, compliance, health & safety, employee development and succession planning
- Researching issues and developing recommendations to resolve Line Management issues
- Monitoring the effectiveness of People services and continually looking for ways to improve
- Focusing on driving high performance and accountability for people initiatives / programs across the business
- Being a positive and proactive participant in national People initiatives and work in alignment with the business
- Providing a confidential and trusted channel for employee advice, queries, concerns and issues
- Undertaking site and national reporting as required
