Job Purpose
In this role as a HR (People & Culture) Manager you will lead and oversee the HR function for our site in Krakow. You will be responsible for ensuring effective team management, strategic policy implementation and driving HR strategies whilst maintaining adherence to Polish labor law and legal compliance.
In this role you will report to our Global HRBP Director. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s HR practices and fostering a positive employee experience.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team, operations management, employees and P&C members to evaluate, comply and enforce existing P&C and HR strategies and policies as well as champion and implement new ones
  • Manage the local HRBP Team which supports a team of 600+ people incl. 50+ Managers
  • Develop and implement HR strategies as a part of the local Leadership Team
  • Drive improvement of organizational effectives by analyzing organizational structure, evaluating options and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Assist hiring managers on interviewing leadership positions. Works with Talent Acquisition team and Managers to develop recruitment strategy to fill open positions
  • Manage all HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, L&D, C&B including payroll, employer branding, Social Fund, international assignments and other)
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Participate in global projects, improvement initiatives as required
  • Formulate, implement, and maintain local HR plans and budgets

You are meant for this job if:

  • 10+ years of experience in HR including at least 3 years as an HR Manager within a global organisation
  • Understanding of matrix organization
  • Fluent written and spoken English language skills
  • Expert in Polish labour law
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, work independently and have confidentiality in this field
  • IT market knowledge (nice to have)
