We’re looking for a part-time HR assistant to join our team. You’ll be the go-to person for a variety of tasks that’ll give you a broad experience in the HR field.
Responsibilities:
- You’ll manage our HR inbox, responding to questions from employees and managers. Be the helpful and friendly face of our team!
- Get creative! You’ll plan and execute employer branding activities and collaborations that make us stand out.
- Help us find the best talent by writing job ads, setting up roles in our recruitment system, and advertising them. Bonus points if you can assist with test feedback too.
- HR data & metrics: Dive into our people data and help us keep things organised and up-to-date.
- Help us automate administrative tasks, streamline processes, and free up time for other cool projects.
- Keep everything in order by uploading contracts, addendums, salary letters, and other important documents into our HR system.
- Gather feedback and analyse data related to our onboarding and offboarding processes to help us improve the employee experience.
