Description:
Use your experience and knowledge to influence the way we work at Downer. We are looking for a HR Process and Systems Business Partner to help us progress our journey of enhancing HR processes, technology tools and operating models. This role will require a person who is open to challenges and can work collaboratively with a wide group of stakeholders to instil efficient, compliant and business user-friendly processes across the business. .
This is a full-time permanent role that can be based in our offices across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Auckland.
