Responsibilities:

The HR Professional - Recruitment manages core HR processes with increased independence, high focus on recruitment activities, addresses a broad scope of employee relations, and aligns HR initiatives with organizational priorities and legal standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and Training: Coordinates onboarding schedules, facilitates training sessions, and ensures documentation is complete.
  • Recruitment and Selection: Executes full-cycle recruitment for various roles, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Serves as a resource for employees and managers, offering guidance on workplace matters and conflict resolution.
  • HR Operations and Compliance: Oversees daily HR administrative tasks, maintains accurate records, and ensures adherence to employment laws.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administers established compensation and benefits programs, provides guidance to employees, and supports salary reviews.
  • Talent Management and Development: Identifies skill development needs, coordinates training sessions, and supports succession planning efforts.
  • Performance Management: Manages performance review workflows, offers guidance to managers, and ensures timely completion of evaluations.
  • Policy and Legal Compliance: Updates HR policies and procedures as needed, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and industry standards.
  • Data Management and Analytics: Generates and analyzes HR metrics, sharing insights to guide decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration: Communicates effectively with departmental leads, offering HR insights and recommendations.
  • Process Improvement and Change Management: Identifies areas for enhancement within HR processes, implements improvements, and supports change initiatives.
