DETAILS
- Department: OE Operations Markets Nursing
- Schedule: Full Time/8-Hour Day Shift, Monday-Friday
- Location: Remote with less than 10% travel
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate’s degree/Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
The HR Program Manager is a key leader who oversees the successful planning, execution, and delivery of multiple interrelated Organizational Effectiveness (OE) projects and initiatives. The HR Program Manager partners with HR leaders to ensure that Ascension’s HR programs are successfully implemented. The HR Program Manager works closely with multiple stakeholders, including executives. As a member of the OE program team, the HR Program Manager embodies a “we are happy to help orchestrate the vision” perspective.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops program goals and infrastructure to align with defined business strategy
- Manages programs by creating program and project plans, management tools and reporting capabilities
- Leads cross-functional teams and ensures resources are assigned to meet program goals
- Monitors and adjusts plans as resource requirements change
- Communicates and documents program quality outcomes and progress metrics
- Addresses and resolves project issues to ensure goals remain on track
- Provides guidance to leaders on addressing project gaps, incomplete deliverables or milestones, and identifying potential risks.
- Ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget (if applicable)
- Aligns projects with program KPIs and with the Ascension, OE strategic goals
- Ensures all projects are closely aligned to Ascension’s ABIDE hallmarks
