Responsibilities:

As part of your normal duties you will:

  • Conduct a thorough assessment of the HR programmes processes in DSC UKI. Determine the specific data analysis and reporting requirements to support these initiatives effectively.
  • Work closely with the HR programmes team to identify and establish relevant KPIs across the HR programmes processes that align with the overall business objectives and needs. These KPIs will serve as measurable targets to track performance and progress.
  • Gather relevant data from various sources within DSC UKI, such as HR systems, employee surveys, and performance data. Ensure the data is accurate, reliable, and congruent with the defined KPIs.
  • Utilize appropriate data analysis techniques and tools to extract insights and generate meaningful reports. This may involve employing statistical analysis, data visualization, and predictive modelling to support decision-making and identify trends or patterns.Apply BI Data Analysis & Analytics applications to enhance decision-making capabilities.
  • Adhere to Group guidelines and policies regarding data handling, privacy, and security. Implement measures to ensure data protection and confidentiality throughout the analysis and reporting process.
  • Continuously monitor the effectiveness of the implemented Business Intelligence, Data Analysis & Analytics processes. Evaluate the impact of HR programmes initiatives based on the provided data. Make necessary adjustments or improvements as required.
