HR PROJECT COORDINATOR (M/F/D)

Reporting to the Group HR Director, the HR Project Coordinator supports her in ongoing HR projects and the Group HR Department in maintaining HR information systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Deploy HR transversal projects and contribute to change management;
  • Support in the implementation of SAP success factors at Landewyck globally;
  • Work together with your colleagues in HR to improve the existing HR information systems;
  • Participate in the development of specific HR policies, use reports to facilitate business decisions;
  • Support the Head of Sustainability and Internal Control for the respective audits;
  • Contribute to elaborate the training plan in Luxemburg for white collars and group wise for the management team (e.g. ensure that each new employee is trained; document the progress and efficiency of the training sessions; coordinate logistic when need be; collect the training information for the year and submit the application for co-financing the year after);
  • Provide support to the local HR team in our group of entities when needed as a back-up in case of absence or increase of activity (e.g. updating the database, checking the personnel data,…);
  • Ensure the respect of HR and Compliance regulations;
  • Complies with the Business of Conduct and behave according to the company core values.
