POSITION OVERVIEW:

The HR Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various HR projects within the organization. This role involves collaborating across all HR teams and cross-functionally with teams such as Finance, Business Technology, and Communications to ensure the successful execution of HR initiatives.
The HR Project Manager will play a key role in enhancing the employee experience, providing continuity and oversight for HR projects end-to-end, and facilitating updates and asks to leadership.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

  • At least 5 years’ experience in project management or HR
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Excel and project management methodologies.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

  • Experience with HR systems and software.
  • Experience in a multinational workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for HR initiatives. Facilitate the planning, requirement gathering, change management planning, cross-functional coordination, and leadership and organizational updates of projects, including cyclical processes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Conduct post-project evaluations and feedback gathering to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Define and oversee a project management methodology for HR and enable the HR team with the knowledge and tools to utilize that methodology.
