Description:

Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking an experienced HR Project Manager who will lead key HR initiatives while also serving as a strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to drive organizational effectiveness and support business objectives. This dual role requires a dynamic leader with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of HR practices.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and 12+ years of prior broad-based experience in Human Resources experience. 4 additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Willingness to learn and help navigate Corporate Practice of Medicine compliance requirements as it relates to HR processes and employees.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • The successful candidate will be able to join new projects quickly and work effectively with a diverse group of others.
  • Ability to multi-task and cover a wide variety of issues and areas.
  • Teamwork is an essential quality, as is the ability to work effectively while under tight deadlines.

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of Corporate Practice of Medicine compliance
  • Prior experience working in WorkDay and UKG Pro

PAY AND BENEFITS:

Salary range - $130,000 - $160,000 w/ up to 9% bonus eligibility

Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage HR projects from inception to completion ensuring they align with organizational goals.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Identify risks and mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Act as a strategic partner to department leaders, providing insights and recommendations on HR-related issues.
  • Facilitate change management processes to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and trust.
  • Communicate effectively with employees at all levels, capturing key concepts and ideas, addressing concerns, promoting HR initiatives and driving HR project success.
  • Ensure HR projects and practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Need to be able to capture and communicate key concepts and ideas.
  • Support implementation and execution of HR initiatives. This will include, but is not limited to, participating in strategy workshops, implementing strategies, and assuming accountability of successfully transitioning to new processes.
  • Develop and present briefings to internal team and customers, as well as senior management.
