About Group HR and the Atradius Academy
The overall goal of Group HR is to attract and retain a highly effective workforce that adds to the competitive advantage of Atradius in line with our business plans. In order to do so, Group HR designs the people strategy of Atradius and is the driver of Groupwide HR initiatives and programs; supporting and enabling all the local HR teams across our offices. This includes 10 teams in all regions of the world covering our 3,700 employees. Group HR itself is a small team with expertise in all HR related domains such as compensation and benefits, international mobility, learning and development (Atradius Academy), employee engagement, HR compliance, controlling and HR analytics.
The HR Project Manager is positioned within the Learning & Development team, also known as the Atradius Academy. the Atradius Academy focusses on learning and development groupwide. The overall ambition of the Academy is ‘making learning accessible for all’. Next to designing and implementing learning global activities and programs, the Academy also provides more technical credit management training. The Atradius Academy offers a broad range of development activities: webinars on a variety of subjects (e.g. skills development, global trends, wellbeing, personal effectiveness), classroom trainings, mandatory e-learnings and development programs; all supported by a Learning Management System that is open to all Atradius employees.
We are looking for an experienced (HR) project manager with strong digital and marketing/communication skills. The location for this position is Amsterdam or Madrid.
This is what you will be doing
To be successful in this role, you need to have a broad interest and a fair amount of flexibility. Being part of a small team means that you’ll also have the opportunity to participate in other Group HR projects not related to learning and development. The majority of your work however will be connected to making learning accessible for all. This means that you will be responsible for global learning activities, from design to implementation. One day you will be speaking to your internal stakeholders on their ideas about the global learning activities, the next day you will be negotiating with external speakers followed by the design and planning of actual webinars, communicating this to the worldwide HR community, management and all Atradius employees. You will be responsible for the monthly Atradius Academy newsletter.
Besides this, you will serve as the critical link between the organization’s learning initiatives and broader HR strategic activities. This role bridges the gap between talent development and HR operations by aligning learning solutions with organizational needs, driving data-informed decision-making, and supporting HR programs. You will also be responsible for relevant Group HR & Academy sharepoint pages.

You are digitally savvy and native in new technologies. You have excellent communication skills and are a good writer. Stakeholder management is something that comes natural to you. You have already earned your stripes as a project manager and have affinity with the area of HR. People will characterize you as being proactive, and hard working with a hands-on mentality and a can do attitude.
You are both strategic and detail-oriented, skilled at translating insights from various HR processes into actionable development initiatives that enhance organizational performance and employee growth.
