Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with HR leaders and other stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes that support the organization’s overall goals
  • Lead / Manage / Support various HR projects ( e.g sustainability : CSRD/ESRS, Annual Non-Financial Reporting , Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI), HR Strategic Policies & Reporting, Manager Handbook, Equal Pay Project within EU , HR Academy etc. … ) ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope
  • Collaborate with HR teams and other departments to execute programs related to employee development, diversity and inclusion, compliance, and process improvement
  • Ensure proper governance, milestone tracking, and cross-functional collaboration for all HR initiatives
  • Develop and implement HR tools, resources, and communications (e.g., newsletters, handbooks) to support organizational effectiveness
  • Monitor project progress, provide regular updates to leadership, and address any issues or risk
