Description:

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The HR Records & Timekeeping Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate documentation of corrective actions, assisting with benefit administration, and maintaining timekeeping records within the organization’s systems. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with HR and payroll teams. The specialist will support the smooth operation of HR processes by maintaining up-to-date records and assisting in time management activities across systems.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Education: High school diploma required; an associate’s degree in business, HR, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR, payroll, or administrative support.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Paychex, PayGo, H2R) is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail.

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
