Description:
5-Day Work Week - Tai Seng
Mon-Fri: 8.30 am – 6.00 pm
Responsibilities
- Managing the full life cycle of recruitment process of screening of resumes, conducting initial interview to assess candidate’s suitability, coordinating and scheduling of interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and providing guidance and support throughout the process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and external partners.
- Managing candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring a seamless transition for both the candidate and the client.
- Identify and research potential clients, markets, and industries to expand our business reach.
- Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting, and qualifying leads to closing deals and managing client relationships.
- Work closely with the HR and/or Business Development team to understand and align with KPIs set by management.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Management/HR Manager.
- Ensuring compliance to Singapore Laws, regulations, standards, guidelines, and norms in the course of work.
Requirements
- GCE ‘Ó’ Level
- 3 years of related working experience in HR and Talent Acquisition
- Preferably possess CEI licence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Email, Words and Excel
- Must have leadership skills and work ethics
- Excellent command of spoken and written English is required
Salary Range: Up to $3,50
