Description:
We are seeking a skilled HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, Teams, in-person)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED4,000.00 per mont
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other resources to source candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
- Communicate employer information and benefits during screening process
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms with candidates as needed
- Stay informed of recruiting trends and best practices
