Description:

Facilico Facilities Management is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. This role is essential in sourcing top talent, streamlining the hiring process, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the facilities management, security, or hospitality industries.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and best hiring practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Manage and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  • Analyze recruitment trends and hiring data to improve sourcing efficiency and workforce planning.
  • Conduct pre-employment screenings, including background checks and reference verifications.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Enhance the onboarding experience by coordinating with HR and administrative teams.
  • Assess the performance of recruitment tools, job portals, and agencies, recommending improvements as needed.
