Description:
- Coordinates with community partners and contract labor agencies to meet labor needs on special event days across multiple departments
- Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations as well as company policy as related to all aspects of Human Resources
- Researches, schedules, and carries out recruiting events
- Coordinates and facilitates on and off site recruiting events
- Proactively participates in recruiting, selection and onboarding of seasonal team members.
- Responsible for onboarding compliance for each candidate
- Ensure onboarding forms are completed accurately and timely
- Represents Wild Adventures in corporate counterpart meetings
- Assist with data entry, including but not limited to importing new hire records, status changes and Share It Forward withholding forms, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
- Process terminations; maintains terminations spreadsheet and communicates to selected team
- Manages PCI trained lists and maintains communication with Finance/Cash Control
- Coordinates and manages rehires/rehire process with guidance from HR Ops Manager
- Assists with internal communication and rewards/recognition programs
- Facilitates Orientation training meetings; manage orientation schedule
- Assists with special events and projects as needed.
- Maintains confidentiality at all times.
